Your cancellation rights
Consumers buying online will normally have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to UK consumer law and any lawful exceptions. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide instructions.
Return condition
Take reasonable care of the goods and return all components, manuals and packaging where possible. Deductions may be made where handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Faulty or damaged goods
If goods arrive damaged, are faulty or do not match their description, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs where helpful. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Return transport
Solar panels can require specialist transport. Do not send them using an unsuitable parcel service. We will explain the appropriate process and who is responsible for reasonable return costs based on the reason for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method within the timescale required by law, after any necessary inspection and subject to applicable deductions.
