Where we deliver
Orders are intended for delivery to valid United Kingdom addresses. Some remote, island and offshore destinations may need a quotation or may not be available for oversized solar panels.
Dispatch and delivery
Estimated dispatch and delivery information will be shown at checkout or confirmed after ordering. Solar panels are large and fragile, so some orders may use a specialist or pallet service and require someone to be present.
On arrival
Please inspect the packaging before accepting delivery where practical. Photograph any visible damage and tell us promptly. Do not install equipment that appears damaged.
Tracking and access
Where tracking is available, details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the delivery address.
